Contact FAQ
Before You Call
What’s the fastest way to reach TreadstoneCPM?
Phone. Call 073 160 7619 during office hours and you’ll speak to a person directly. Email info@treadstonecpm.co.za works well for non-urgent requests with photos and a brief. Either way, we respond within one business day.
Do you charge for the first site visit?
No. The first site visit and written quote are free and come with no obligation. We’d rather come out, see the job, and give you a proper price than guess from photos.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Helpful but not required: the property address, a short description of what you want done, any existing plans or architect’s drawings, photos of the area involved, and your target timeline. If you don’t have any of that yet, no problem — we’ll work it out on the site visit.
What areas does TreadstoneCPM cover?
Our construction, roofing, waterproofing, concrete and civil work covers George and the full Garden Route — Wilderness, Mossel Bay, Great Brak River, Glentana, Sedgefield, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Our rope access division operates nationally across South Africa, sub-Saharan Africa and offshore.
Where is the TreadstoneCPM office?
Our head office is at Glentana, Great Brak River, Western Cape, 6525 — between George and Mossel Bay on the Garden Route. We’re on site across the region every day, so most meetings happen at your project, not at the office.
What are your office hours, and what about emergencies?
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For emergency roof leaks, storm damage or waterproofing call-outs outside those hours, phone is the fastest route and we respond as quickly as we can — usually same day if you catch us locally.
Can I visit your office in person?
Yes, by appointment. Most of our team is on site during working hours, so a quick call ahead makes sure someone is there to meet you. For most projects we’d rather come to you — it’s faster and we get to see the work in person.
