Site establishment. Hoarding, site office, ablutions, power, water, OHS file, and safety induction for every sub-contractor on site. We run a clean, compliant site from day one.
Build stages with signed-off handovers. Foundations → superstructure → roof → first fix → second fix → finishes. Each stage is photographed, signed off, and released against the payment schedule.
Snag, handover, and warranty. Joint snag list, final walkthrough, keys handover, and all warranty documents — NHBRC 5-year structural, manufacturer warranties on appliances and fixtures, and our written workmanship guarantee.

Do you handle plans and council submission?

Yes. If you don’t already have an architect, we can refer you to local George architects we’ve worked with successfully, then coordinate the plan submission, council liaison, and engineering sign-off on your behalf.
