Retail & Restaurant Shopfits
Full tenant installations in shopping centres and main-street properties — partitioning, ceilings, flooring, shopfronts, electrical and data, HVAC tie-ins, and plumbing. We work around centre management and trading hours.
Office Build-Outs
New office space from concrete floor — partitioning, ceilings, lighting design, aircon, data cabling, kitchenettes and meeting rooms. OHS-compliant site, CoC on electrical, fully inspected and handed over.
Light Industrial & Warehouse
Small warehouse builds, workshop extensions, and industrial fit-outs. IBR roofs, concrete slabs engineered for load, roller doors, ablutions, and compliance with OHS Construction Regulations 2014.
How It Works
- Site assessment and landlord liaison. For tenant fit-outs we engage with the landlord or centre management early — house rules, access times, after-hours noise restrictions, fire protection, and insurance — and build those constraints into the programme.
- Written scope and fixed-price tender. You get a full itemised scope and price, the kind your finance team can approve without chasing line items. Staged payments tied to measurable progress.
- OHS-compliant site setup. Full OHS file, appointed safety officer, induction for every trade entering the site, PPE, and a clean programmed site — because commercial sites get inspected.
- Programmed execution. We stick to the programme — you open or occupy on the agreed date, not ‘soon after’. Daily toolbox talks, weekly progress meetings, written variation orders on anything out of scope.
- Handover with CoCs and as-builts. Electrical CoC, plumbing CoC, gas CoC where applicable, fire compliance certificate, as-built drawings, and the written workmanship guarantee. Everything your landlord and insurer will ask for.
Common Questions
Do you do after-hours commercial work?
Yes — shopping centre and office fit-outs often need to happen after trading hours. We programme accordingly and build that into the quote. Just tell us the access window and we’ll work to it.
Are you compliant with the OHS Construction Regulations 2014?
Yes. Every commercial site we run has a full OHS file, appointed Construction Supervisor, risk assessments, method statements, safety inductions, and all the documentation the Department of Employment and Labour inspector will ask for.
Can you handle the landlord approval process?
Yes. We’ve worked inside Southern Cape centres and commercial parks before and can handle the landlord submission — tenant fit-out drawings, insurance certificates, OHS plan, contractor documentation.
Do you issue Electrical CoC on completion?
Yes — we issue Electrical, Plumbing and Gas CoCs on completion (whichever are applicable), through registered and independent inspectors, and hand them over with the as-built drawings.
