Infrastructure development means the whole civil package for a new estate, subdivision, commercial development or public project — bulk earthworks, internal roads, stormwater, sewer and water reticulation, and site clearance. Every infrastructure scope we deliver is built to SANS 1200 (the civil engineering specifications used across South Africa) with independent density testing on layerworks, engineer sign-off on critical elements, and as-built drawings handed over at practical completion.

What Infrastructure Development Covers

Bulk earthworks — Cut, fill, stockpile, bulk excavation and compaction to engineer’s design and SANS 1200 D.
Internal roads — Sub-base, base, surfacing and kerbing to SANS 1200 ME specification with independent density and DCP testing.
Stormwater reticulation — Pipes, channels, inlets, outlets and attenuation to engineer’s design, built to SANS 1200 L.

How Infrastructure Projects Run

Walk the site, review the engineer’s drawings, check access and services, and produce a line-item bill of quantities.

2. Programme & contract

Week-by-week programme, payment schedule, JBCC or NEC4 contract, and engineer liaison set up before any plant moves to site.

3. Build, test & handover

Layered delivery with density testing, pressure testing and engineer sign-off at each milestone, culminating in as-built drawings and handover.

Do you have your own plant?

Yes. TLB, excavator, roller, water cart, dump truck and compaction equipment are in-house. That means no waiting for external plant availability and no plant-hire mark-up in the quote.

What SANS standards do you work to?

SANS 1200 series for civil engineering — D (earthworks), DK (gabions and mattresses), L (stormwater), LB (water), LC (sewer), ME (road layerworks), MM (roads — prime and seal). Independent density testing and engineer sign-off on critical elements.

Can you deliver a full estate infrastructure package?
