What We Do

Three project management scopes we deliver.

Planning & Mobilisation

Scope definition, method statements, risk assessments, programme, resourcing, permit-to-work coordination, and mobilisation planning — end-to-end preparation for work to start clean.

Execution & QA/QC

On-site management of rope access teams, sub-contractors, and trade specialists. Daily reporting, progress tracking, QA/QC, safety leadership, and interface with the client’s shutdown or construction team.

Reporting & Close-Out

Daily progress reporting, defect tracking, NDT and QA records consolidation, and full close-out documentation — work-as-built reports, inspection records, and handover packs.

How It Works

  1. Scope & feasibility. We review the scope, walk the site, and confirm what can practically be done on rope, what needs scaffold, and where trade specialists are needed. Honest advice up front.
  2. Plan the job. Method statements, JSAs, rigging plans, rescue plans, programme, resource plan, sub-contract requirements, and interface with the client’s HSE and work control systems.
  3. Mobilise & execute. IRATA L3 on site leading the crew, daily toolbox talks, progress tracking against plan, and direct interface with the client’s coordinator. Issues are surfaced early, not hidden.
  4. Close out and report. Demob, scope sign-off, QA/QC pack, and handover report with photos, records, and recommendations for the next cycle.

Common Questions

Do you manage other contractors on site?

Yes — for rope access scopes where multiple trades need to work together, we can take the lead contractor role, coordinating sub-contractors and interfacing with the client. We’re not a management-only company — we do the work too, which usually makes for better project control.

Can you run a shutdown package?

Yes — planning, resourcing, execution and reporting for shutdown rope access packages on refineries, power stations, and industrial plants. We’ve run campaigns from small inspection packages to multi-crew shutdown scopes.

Who is your IRATA L3 on site?

Every project has a named IRATA Level 3 supervisor responsible for rope access safety, rescue readiness, and work quality. L3 availability and continuity is confirmed at proposal stage — we don’t rotate L3s mid-project without notice.

Can you work under an EPC or principal contractor?

Yes — we regularly work as a specialist sub-contractor under EPCs and principal contractors, integrating into their HSE, PTW and QA systems while maintaining our IRATA technical standards.
